Our products are customized with your photos, so refunds work a bit differently compared to standard retail items. Since each order is personalized, we generally do not offer refunds unless there is a clear issue caused by us.
That said, we aim to be fair and understanding. If something goes wrong, reach out and we’ll work with you.
2. Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund or reprint if:
- You received damaged prints
- Your order contained printing errors caused by us
- You received the wrong product
- Your photos were incorrectly cropped due to our mistake
- Colors were significantly inaccurate compared to standard print variations
- The package was lost in transit (after verification with the carrier)
We require photo evidence of any issues so we can identify what went wrong and prevent it in the future.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not offered for:
- Low-resolution or blurry photos uploaded by the customer
- Incorrect cropping caused by incorrect uploads
- Changes of mind after printing has begun
- Dislikes based on artistic preference
- Delays caused by courier services
- Wrong shipping addresses provided by the customer
We always recommend uploading high-quality images and reviewing previews carefully before placing the order.
4. Damaged or Misprinted Orders
If your prints arrive damaged, send us photos within 7 days. We will offer:
- A free reprint, or
- A refund
We try to resolve such cases quickly.
5. Lost Packages
If the package doesn’t arrive within the carrier’s extended delivery window, we’ll start an investigation with the courier. If confirmed lost, we’ll reprint or refund your order.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only if printing has not yet started. Once printing begins, cancellation is no longer possible due to the personalized nature of the product.
The sooner you contact us, the better the chances of cancelling in time.
7. How to Request a Refund

- Your order number
- Full name
- Description of the issue
- Photo or video evidence (if applicable)
We typically respond within 24–48 hours.
8. Refund Method
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or card provider.
9. Reprints
In many cases, reprints are faster than refunds. If you choose a reprint, we will process it as quickly as possible at no extra cost.
10. Quality Expectations
Printed photos may differ slightly from how they appear on screens due to brightness calibration, colors, and contrast variations. Minor differences are normal in print production.
We treat every order with care, but we cannot guarantee that prints will match every screen exactly.
